Getting off the keratin kick is hard mang. I've been biting my fingernails since I was about two and I'm thirty now. The dentist told me to stop last month after I got a toothache because I've worn away the enamel on my toothiepegs... so difficult to stop. How many other hobbies are discreet, free and portable?
I wonder if it was as difficult to have a conversation with you back then as it is now.
