The haunting photos in this story Monk Prays Over Unknown Dead Man in Train Station are a Rorschach test of sorts. It's either a depressing reminder that we will all inevitably die alone some day, barely acknowledged as ever having existed in the first place by the indifferent throng of humanity that suffocated us during our brief sojourn if you're the cynical sort, or else a testament to the beauty and peace available religious faith if you're a person who believes in cartoons.

I bet that dead guy still pushed into like 17 different people on his way out of the train station though didn't he?
Woof. Related note, is it not racist to write something like "this China man..." as if you'd write "this London man," or something, but it is to wrote "China-man"?
Leads me to believe it's actually the hyphen that's racist. WTF
Also in depressing reminders masquerading as humane news, the MSN jump page (I know, on the List) has a story under a “good news” headline about how the three already rich dudes who won the $254 million dollar Powerball jackpot are donating a million dollars to be split amongst five veterans’ service organizations.
Oh, how nice of them. I feel better already.
Cool.
